Micro-Enterprise Business Training

Level 1: Fundamentals of Business for Micro-Enterprise 

This contextualized curriculum teaches basic business principles to grow successful micro-enterprises. Subjects include legal registration, finance and bookkeeping, sales strategies, marketing, savings, and emergency preparedness.

Level 2: Lean Startup for Micro-Enterprise

In this Level 2 training, principles of the Lean Startup model are contextualized to the micro-enterprise level. This curriculum combines lectures, hands-on activities, and practical use cases of learned startup principles, such as measuring growth, customer-centrism, and value proposition.

Financial Data Reporting

Monthly financial data reporting equips entrepreneurs to showcase financial integrity and sustainability. Training includes recording financials on a monthly basis to track profits and losses using an online database.


Micro-Financing

Startup grants are available at the end of Level 1 of Micro-Enterprise Business Training. Through partnership with like-minded micro-finance institutions, micro-loans are available at a low-interest upon graduating from the 6-month program. ROSE women are trained and coached through the applications to consider the optimal ways to use the loan to grow and sustain their business. 


Coaching

ROSE participants and alumni connect with coaches who serve as disciplers, mentors and accountability partners to ensure sustained business growth and life improvement. ROSE alumni access workshops with local business professionals to continue business education and development.
