We see an average income growth of 830% for ROSE women upon graduating from the 1-year Micro-Enterprise Business Training program.
In 2020, women join ROSE earning on average $56/month. After completion of the 1-year Micro-Enterprise Business Training program, they earn an average of $675/month!
Our goal is to empower 2,000 women entrepreneurs and their families to escape poverty by the end of year 2023!
Spiritual Impact
CONFIDENCE
Initially, ROSE women often lack overall confidence. After graduation, ROSE women are empowered to take notes at training, practice English speaking skills, pray with deep faith, and even participate in delivering the training to new ROSE women. Some women even share their stories by public speaking in front of hundreds of people. Truly an inspirational transformation!
HONORING GOD
In ROSE’s countercultural community of Christ, women learn to root themselves in the Word of God and integrate their faith to every aspect of their lives, especially their business. Perspectives shift from doing business for money to doing business for the glory of God. The women are empowered, their businesses are flourishing and they give to others in the community less fortunate.
COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION
After completing the Micro-Enterprise Business training, ROSE women can afford to pay for their children’s school fees, afford family health care, hire new employees and volunteer at ROSE to help new women. These women impact generational change by providing a Biblical foundation for their children and discipling new women into the ROSE community.
KINGDOM GROWTH
ROSE women often begin to follow Jesus Christ or grow in their faith by being a part of this community. We see women attending church weekly and giving back to the church through tithing. Integrating faith into their business, ROSE women find new ways to reflect Christ in their work, spread his love to all people, and fulfill the Great Commission.
