ROSE Women’s Foundation transforms lives by pairing economic empowerment with deep spiritual renewal and emotional healing. Through trauma-informed care, faith-based mentorship, and gospel-centered business training, women rebuild their identity, restore hope, and cultivate dignity that radiates through their families and communities.

Our Programs

A 12-module curriculum covering micro-enterprise management, financial literacy, and growth strategies to equip women with sustainable business knowledge.##
The top ROSE graduates are invited to pitch their business ideas to partners and receive startup grant awards. Winners showcase the best ideas in Kingdom impact, long-term sustainability, and innovation.##
Bible-based discipleship sessions alongside trauma healing workshops to promote faith, resilience, and emotional well-being.##
Women gain access to post-training loans through ROSE’s alternative credit score model, facilitating financial inclusion and business expansion.##
Graduates of training enter the alumni program, where they are paired with experienced alumni mentors, gain networking opportunities, and have access to fair capital.##
ROSE alumni are taught a biblical model of generosity that promotes giving back to the community and being good stewards of God’s resources.##

    For years, Alice sold jewelry and baby blankets without knowing whether her business was profitable—until she joined the ROSE program. Through training in bookkeeping and marketing, she transformed her business by tracking sales, promoting products creatively, and embracing digital payments. Her earring and blanket sales soared, her confidence grew, and she was named ROSE’s top trainer. “Now I can set prices that honor God,” she says, as she helps other women succeed with purpose.

    Founded in 2022 in Dagoretti, the Friendship Girl Power Support Group began as a small circle of ten determined women who graduated from the ROSE business training program. What started as classmates learning about entrepreneurship soon blossomed into a powerful sisterhood rooted in faith, generosity, and mutual support. Beyond financial empowerment, their bond runs deep. They pray together, visit one another’s homes, and stand side by side through life’s challenges. Their fellowship reflects a true Christ-like community, where love and generosity overflow into their families and neighborhoods.
